Please read the "Terms & Conditions" carefully before payment:

Alikorn Ink is only the distributor of these Las Vegas Vacation voucher travel packages.
Any processing fees you pay for this outstanding travel bargain is to cover the costs of
delivering to you the offer certificate and processing required to provide you an official
booking voucher. The voucher will be used to book your stay with a licensed travel
agency. You will have to pay the hotel taxes to the travel company. There are some
important limitations, and everything is based on availability. Hotel selections vary
depending on date of travel. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC HOTEL
ACCOMMODATIONS. Everything is subject to timing and availability. You must
resolve any disputes over the details of your package with the travel agency provider
company. We are not travel agents, we are not the provider company, we are simply the
certificate distributor and redemption agents. Once your certificate is processed, you will
deal directly with an experienced travel agent. There may be blackouts the week before or
after any major holiday and major conventions at most resorts. Packages may not be used
concurrently, there are multiple use limitations, one redemption per household per year.
For a additional surcharge, you can include additional dates, additional travelers, or
expedite your reservations. Children under age 12 stay free with adults, 12 and over are
$10 per day.

You have 30 days to examine your package and return for a refund if you are not fully
satisfied. By purchasing, you agree that Alikorn Ink's liability for this package ends once
the 30 day examination period is complete. Liability is limited strictly to a refund of the
initial purchase price of the certificate. If you have any concerns about the quality,
reliability, value or legitimacy of this package, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER. Remember:
examine your certificate carefully, you have 30 days to decide if you wish to keep it. If
you fail to return it within 30 days of your order date, there can be no refund--the first 30
days is your only opportunity to cancel this offer and receive a refund of your fee, less a
handling charge of $2.50. Handling/shipping is not refundable. Terms are subject to
change at the discretion of the distributor or travel agent.

You agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this offer, or the
specifics thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by an arbitrator selected by
Alikorn Ink, in a location specified by Alikorn Ink, in accordance with its Arbitration
Rules (including the Emergency Interim Relief Procedures), and judgment on the award
rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

By accepting the Las Vegas vacation certificate from Alikorn Ink, you affirm that you
understand the terms of this agreement and agree to hold Alikorn Ink harmless for any
loss or damages. Liability is limited strictly to the initial price paid or processing fee
required for redemption of the certificate.
